1. Definitions and Interpretation

3.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made outside banking hours or through other banks may take up to 24 hours to process. E-wallet deposits are typically processed within 15 minutes regardless of time or day.

3.3 Currency and Exchange

All financial transactions on pbb4ad are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not accept foreign currency deposits. If you transfer funds from a foreign currency account, your bank will convert the funds to IDR at their prevailing exchange rate, and associated conversion fees will apply.

4. Withdrawals

4.1 Withdrawal Processing

You may request withdrawals of your available account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC-approved) before your first withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah).

4.2 Withdrawal Restrictions

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or closure:

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of pbb4ad services shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account during the three months preceding the claim.

9. Dispute Resolution

10. Account Closure and Suspension

pbb4ad reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other members.
• Underage gambling discovered after account creation.
• Failure to complete identity verification within reasonable timeframes.

Upon account closure, we will return any remaining account balance to you, minus any bonuses, pending bets, and amounts owed to pbb4ad, provided no fraud or breach of terms has occurred.

11. Amendments to Terms
